Canon Korea Consumer Imaging (www.canon-ci.co.kr) participated in the 25th Korea International Broadcasting, Audio & Lighting Equipment Show (KOBA 2015), which ran May 19-22 at COEX.
The event provided opportunities to experience various video equipment, such as the cinema EOS system, BCTV lenses (for broadcast use), 4K displays and projectors.
As demand for super-resolution imaging increases and the use of 4K videos rises in the film and broadcasting sectors, Canon proved its high-technical capabilities by showcasing its outstanding cinema EOS system and 4K video solution lineup.
KOBA began in 1991 for the development of Korea’s broadcasting culture and video, audio, and lighting industries. This year, a total of 932 companies from 32 countries participated to present the next-gen broadcasting trend, of which 189 were Korean companies.
Over a hundred sessions under the event name “The International Broadcasting Technology Conference” were held at COEX Conference Center, on major topics such as 4K, UHD, smart technology, digital radio, and broadcasting technology and policies.
