Panasonic unleashed the “Lumix DMC FZ1000” an high-end camera possible to take 4K quality pictures at IFA, the world’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances which took place from September 05 to 10, 2014 in Berlin.
Panasonic “Lumix DMC FZ1000” features 20Mpixes 1-inch-type MOS sensor. The traditional ones have 1/2.3-inch and 1/1.7-inch sensors in comparison. 1-inch-type sensor is higher than other sensors. Thanks to this feature, there are many positive influences to pictures, for example, depth expression and noise suppress.
Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ1000 has ISO 25600, and 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) 30p movies are possible. In Full HD resolution (1920×1080), 120fps high speed movie making is possible. Leica Vario-elmar mini zoom lens, 25-400mm F2.8-4, converted from 35mm lens, has been mounted. Optical shake adjustment technology was also applied.
Lumix FZ1000 accepts space awareness AF. Space awareness AF measures distance of a subject to enhance AF speed. Viewfinder is 0.39-inch 2.35Mpixels electronic view finder. Monitor is 3-inch 0.92 Mpixel rotary type. Memory options are SD, SDHC, and SDXC.
